Sarah Janette is a certified integrative nutrition and eating psychology coach as well as a functional medicine practitioner.  She believes that it's never too early to promote positive wellness education, especially for young women who often struggle with over-achievement, perfectionism, body image and anxiety.  She has a personal interest in the mind-body connection and believes there is no mental health, without physical health.  Sarah is the lead counselor at Healthy Prepster and also speaks nationally on women's health issues.   Please send all inquiries to Sarah here.
